OSM4GISCAME

OSM4GISCAME is one of the three components of the GISCAME suite. The structure generator is one of the three components of the GISCAME suite. Data can be exchanged among GISCAME, SG4GISCAME, and OSM4GISCAME in the form of zip-containers. OSM4GISCAME bundles spatial data, examines spatial references, and joins the layers with OpenStreetMap (OSM) data. The position of each data- layer is illustrated in the OSM world map.

A model region is chosen interactively by the user. All available data are bundled in a zip-container. This zip-container might be processed in the structure generator (SG4GISCAME), or is directly used in GISCAME. If new data become available later on, or if single attribute layers need to be actualized, the whole zip container can be updated.
